Simply slick the inspection button and select from the list of available templates to add an inspection. Using TurboGarage’s digital inspections software component, you are also able to open previous inspections from this view as well.
When technicians use TurboGarage’s digital inspections software component, they are able to go through the inspection line by line and check one of three different checkboxes. Green means good to go, yellow means there might be some issues or future recommendations, and red means there is a problem and likely needs service now. Users also have the ability to add accompanying photos to any individual line item to better illustrate why service to their vehicle might be needed.
In addition to checkboxes, text, and photos, user’s have the ability to add a note to the entire inspection. This is useful as a summary of the overall work that is being recommended.
Last but not least, using TurboGarage’s digital inspections software component, a user is able to send the inspection to the customer via text message or via email. This is a very powerful way to convey to the user what work needs to be completed.
